Austin Texas here we come! We are honored to have been able to work on this whole home redo in the heart of Austin. Austin is a fun city with great people, amazing food and just overall good vibes. Our clients have been locals to Austin for many years and they were telling us how the city has changed over the part few years and really exploded into a hot place to be. We were inspired by the merge of old and new Austin and used that as our starting point in our design of this home.
We blended sleek finishes with patinated elements to breathe freshness to the home while remembering where we came from. We kept the integrity of this traditional Texas ranch home while updating the floor plan to better accommodate our newlywed clients. Smart storage solutions, a simplified floor plan, rich colors, and luxurious bathrooms were our focus all while staying true to the western vibe of old Texas.
New furniture mixed with antiques always creates an interesting space and we will say the living room rug is one of our favorites ever! The kitchen was a perfect place for all blue cabinetry contrasted with a sleek quartz backsplash and copper tiles on the peninsula. Modern and unexpected lighting was used all throughout the home and no Texas party house is complete without a bar area for lots of Titos.
